Appointment Cancellation Policy
Sometimes things come up, that's why there is no fee for appointments cancelled with a 24 hour notice. However, cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice will be assessed a $25 cancellation fee. In case of a no-show, full treatment fee will be levied and will be applied to payment information on file or an invoice will be sent to the customer. Adhering to this policy provides an opportunity to re-book the time and accommodate clients waiting for an appointment opening.

Please be advised that my studio space is small; therefore I am not able to accommodate children in the treatment room for insurance and safety reasons.
